Is this the same as working with a dietitian?

No — I’m a Registered Dietetic Technician (NDTR), which means I provide evidence-based nutrition education, meal guidance, and lifestyle coaching. I do not provide medical nutrition therapy or treat diagnosed conditions. If that’s what you need, I’ll gladly refer you to a licensed Registered Dietitian (RDN).

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with active adults, busy professionals, and individuals looking to improve their relationship with food, build strength, boost energy, and feel better in their bodies. Whether you're training regularly, juggling a busy life, or simply want to fuel smarter — I’ve got you covered.

How do virtual sessions work?

All sessions are held via Zoom or phone — you’ll get a private link once you book. Coaching includes live sessions, email or messaging support, and digital resources like check-ins, guides, or meal plans depending on your package.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance. My services are private pay only, but I provide high-touch, personalized support not typically covered by insurance plans.

Can I just get a one-time consult or plan?

Yes! I offer one-time consultations, personalized meal plans, and short-term support options. If you're unsure what you need, I’m happy to help you figure that out during your initial session.
